Smoked Mackeral Fish Cakes (00:04:49)
Method
Mix the spud etc together, then mould into 100g ‘cakes’. Chill 20 mins
Roll in flour, egg, then polenta and shallow fry for 3-4 mins each side (if they’re not boiling hot finish for 5 mins in a 200c oven)
Salad – combine the mayo and lemon stuff, then chuck in the rest
Serve a hot fish cake on top of some salad
