Slow cooked beef brisket

Method

Grind the spices together.
Unfold the beef and rub it with Olive oil, the crushed spices and garlic.
Dice the tomatoes and onion and wrap them up together with the beef and a couple of shots of Jack Daniels in 2 layers of foil.
Cook the wrapped beef parcel for around 6 hours in a 150 degree oven.
Unwrap the beef, using the juice that runs off to make gravey with.
